Utility
The utility room originally didn't look bad however once we had done all the other rooms is was obvious that this room now looked out of place. It came with the same mahogany effect wood paneling that was a common theme throughout the house. The walls were also just painted concrete which all needed to be addressed.

When everything was removed it was obvious that the walls were not very flat so some major plastering work needed doing. I was able to offset the cost by setting the beads on the walls and around the window.

The cabinets were made from 12mm plywood and we used some spare beech worktop from the kitchen installation. The flooring was a continuation from the hallway in the tumbled stone.
