Restoring and modifying a 1999 Rover Mini Cooper into an All wheel drive Honda VTEC powered road car. The project was started in 2012 and was a slow process due to studies, work and other projects. 

Now Road legal there are still a few teething issues which will be gradually detailed within the blog as with any further changes.
